Soil is a series of 63 viscosity monotypes created during a printmaking residency at the Frans Masereel Centre in Belgium. This series is based on a poetic vision of events that could happen under the ground, but that cannot really be seen. It is also about the complex interaction of different natural phenomena that occurs in the world. This series creates a non-linear narrative that can be read in different ways in order to produce different meanings.
